These terms apply when you use this website, send us an enquiry or book a free consultancy call. The website is run by True Lambda (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data.

02Using our website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• send spam, make bookings you don't intend to keep, or make bookings in someone else's name;
• give us false information or pretend to be someone else;
• try to get unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system or data;
• introduce viruses or other harmful code, or interfere with or overload the website, including through automated scraping or bots;
• test the website's security without our written permission.

We may block access to the website or cancel bookings if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

03Enquiries and free consultations

• Consultancy calls booked through this website are free and come with no obligation for either of us.
• To reschedule or cancel, reply to your confirmation email or contact us at truelambdasolutions@gmail.com. Please give us as much notice as you can.
• We may need to reschedule or cancel a call, for example because of illness or a booking that looks like spam. If so, we'll let you know by email.
• Calls take place on Google Meet, which is provided by Google under its own terms.
• Anything we say in an enquiry reply or a free call is general guidance to help you decide on next steps. It isn't professional advice you should rely on until we have agreed to work together in writing.
• We treat what you tell us about your business as confidential and use it only to respond to you. If you need a formal non-disclosure agreement before sharing sensitive details, just ask.

04Project work

Nothing on this website is an offer to provide services on particular terms. Any paid work we do for you will be covered by a separate written agreement, such as a proposal, statement of work or services agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

05Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, design, graphics, code, the True Lambda name and the λ logo, belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You may view and share pages for your own use, but you may not copy, adapt, sell or republish our content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

Ideas and information you share with us about your project remain yours.

We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but its content is for general information only. We don't promise that it is complete, current or free of errors, and we may change it at any time without notice.
